Yes—EGC is available in all 50 U.S. states (21+ with ID/KYC). We never ship cannabis. We’re also working on an international rollout: because members purchase a digital cultivation-services membership (not cannabis and not a securities offering), access will launch country-by-country as regulations allow. All product stays within licensed U.S. channels; members receive digital updates and their tier’s share of net proceeds when sales clear. Local eligibility will be checked at sign-up.

You can cancel before a cycle starts. Once a grow begins, cancellations/refunds aren’t offered because the cycle triggers non-reversible commitments: plants are started and batch-tagged in compliance systems, grow space and labor are reserved, inputs (genetics, media, nutrients) are purchased, and testing/licensing costs are scheduled. The biology can’t be “undone,” and changing participants mid-cycle would break tracking, capacity planning, and fairness to other members. If EGC interrupts a cycle for facility reasons, any make-good or credit is handled per the Member Agreement.
Yes. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), strict role-based access, and activity logging. Payments run through PCI-DSS–compliant processors (we don’t store full card numbers), and KYC/ID checks are handled by a vetted provider with limited access. We support 2FA, minimize what we collect, and follow data-retention/deletion rules per our Privacy Policy. Crypto payments are on-chain and non-reversible.

After each sale, we subtract required costs—taxes, lab/testing & compliance, payment processing, and platform fees. The remainder is net proceeds; your payout is your tier’s share once funds settle.
If your annual payouts hit IRS reporting thresholds, we’ll issue the appropriate form (usually 1099-MISC, or 1099-K via our payment processor) and the IRS gets a copy. Current thresholds: $600 for 1099-MISC; 1099-K is phased ($5,000 in 2024, $2,500 in 2025, $600 starting 2026, subject to IRS changes). You’re responsible for reporting all income.
We take major debit/credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and crypto (Bitcoin + select supported assets). Standard processing fees apply; crypto payments also include network fees. Rates are locked at checkout, require on-chain confirmation, and are non-reversible once sent. KYC/AML still applies.

Once sales settle, your payout is credited to your dashboard and released to your chosen method. When the cycle ends, your subscription closes (no automatic rollover by default). You’ll earn loyalty points for completing the cycle, which you can apply to future plans or perks. To join the next grow, you’ll start a new checkout—each cycle is a fresh, compliance-tracked batch, so prior seed/genetics collections don’t carry over. Your account stays secure per our privacy and security policies; you can keep funds in your balance, withdraw, or re-enroll anytime.
